- 1. 2 Cup murmura/puffed rice
- 2. 1 onion finely chopped
- 3. 2 papdi
- 4. 2 boiled potatoes
- 5. 2 tbsp fried peanuts
- 6. 1 tsp chaat masala
- 7. 2 tomato finely chopped
- 8. 2 tsp tamarind chutney
- 9. 2 tsp green chutney
- 10. 1 tsp lemon juice
- 11. 2 tsp sev
- 12.some coriander leaves
- 13. salt as per taste

take 2 cups murmura in a large bowl,add onion, potato, crushed papdi, and 2 tbsp fried peanuts.also add 2 tbsp tomato, chaat masala, ¼ tsp chilli powder and salt, mix well the spices are combined well. Add 2 tbsp tamarind chutney, 2 tbsp green chutney and 1 tsp lemon juice. mix well and add 2 tbsp sev and give a mix. Enjoy bhel puri topped with few crushed papdi and garnished with onion, coriander.
